• Start Date: September 2025
• Shift Schedule: September 17th-20th, September 24th-30th, and October 27th – November 1st
• Practice Setting: Outpatient
• Patients per Day: 15 Patients per Day
• Patient Population: 16+
• Work Details: DOT physicians, pre-employment physicals for variety of jobs and clients, Injury care (initial/follow up/referral)
• EMR: SYSTOC & EPIC
• Procedures: laceration care (suture/staple/adhesive), splinting/fracture care, FB removal of the eye, eye fluorescein staining and evaluation/treatment of ocular injuries/emergencies.
• Must be Board Certified
• DEA Required
• Must have experience in ER/Urgent Care setting with SYSTOC EMR, Can be lenient on DOT medical examiner requirement
• Active IN License Required
