JOB DESCRIPTION:

◊ EMR: RPMS

◊ Coverage Dates Asap – Ongoing
◊ Shift: M – F 7a - 3:30p
◊ Call: Yes Rotation: Confirmed call Rotation

◊ Type of Anes Model and supervision ratio: No supervision
◊ Case types:
• Heads: No
• Hearts: No
• Peds: Yes possible however have other CRNA’s working
• Regional blocks: Yes possible however have other CRNA’s working
• OB: Yes possible however have other CRNA’s working
• Ortho: Yes
• GI: Yes (upper and lower)
• GYN: Yes.
• Pain: Verifying
◊ Do you utilize AAs? #? No
◊ Is Telemed Onsite? (Yes or No): Yes

REQUIREMENTS:
• BLS, ACLS, PALS
• Board Certified Required
• Any unrestricted license

HOUSING:
Housing/Travel Accommodations approved by client: Housing will be onsite approximately $650 - $750. Rate is inclusive
