🟩 What You’ll Do
✔️ Scrub in and support complex pediatric procedures
✔️ Prep and sterilize surgical instruments
✔️ Anticipate surgeon needs in real-time
✔️ Maintain sterile field and manage specimens
✔️ Assist in specialties like trauma, ortho, neuro, ENT, and GYN

🟩 What You’ll Bring
✔️ Education: Accredited Surgical Tech program graduate
✔️ Experience:
• 3+ years recent OR experience (within past 4 years)
• Background in trauma centers or teaching hospitals
• Pediatric surgical experience (preferred)
✔️ Skills:
• Pediatric surgical scrubbing
• Equipment handling across multiple specialties
• Infection control & sterile technique mastery
