Schedule

Coverage: PRN – scheduled as needed

Shift Description: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM day shift with 24-hr call to 8:00 AM next morning

Radiology Shifts: Day shift + overnight call

Start Date: November 5, 2025

Workload Details

Amount of Coverage Needed Per Month: PRN; dates listed below

Modality Breakdown: Standard IR procedures (biopsies, drainages, tunneled access, level 1 trauma hemorrhage control, occasional GI/Gyn/Urology emergencies)

Technology: EPIC EMR

Requirements

Board Certification: BE/BC

State License: Active CA license required

Willing to License: No

Credentialing Time Frame: 90–120 days

Experience: Minimum 3 years post-training IR experience; must be comfortable with trauma center IR and have recent trauma IR experience

Support Staff: Full team of RNs and techs during the day; occasional second IR on site, but most days solo coverage.
