• Start Date: September 2025
• Shift Schedule: Every Friday (7:00am – 5:00pm)
• Amount of coverage needed per month: 1 day per week
• Practice Setting: Outpatient
• Special procedures: dialysis access procedures, 6 to 10 a day. Catheters, Dclog. Fisagram
• Support staff: rad techs, nurses, and medical assistants
• EMR: Advanced MD
• Must be Board Certified
• DEA Required
• Active CA License Required
