About Us

Nutrition Built Strength (NBS) is a concierge nutrition service led by registered dietitians. We help patients nationwide manage weight, reduce food noise, and restore hormone balance through personalized nutrition support and evidence-based medical therapy.

We are expanding our care team and seeking board-certified physicians to provide prescribing support for GLP-1 medications and hormone therapies in a fully remote, flexible, cash-pay setting. Patients are motivated, compliant, and engaged, making this a rewarding and efficient practice environment.

What You’ll Do
• Conduct brief, efficient telehealth visits for new and returning adult patients.
• Prescribe GLP-1 medications and hormone therapies when clinically appropriate.
• Review labs and medication history with support from our team.
• Rely on our partnered compounding pharmacy in Florida for streamlined prescription fulfillment—no chasing retail pharmacies.
• Collaborate with registered dietitians to integrate medical care with nutrition and lifestyle guidance.
• Document encounters using our simple internal process (no insurance billing, no EMR maze).

Requirements
• MD or DO, board-certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Endocrinology, or Obesity Medicine.
• Active medical license(s) in one or more U.S. states (multistate licensure strongly preferred).
• Active DEA registration (required for prescribing certain hormone therapies such as testosterone).
• Comfortable practicing via telehealth with clear, patient-centered communication.
• Experience in weight management or hormone therapy preferred but not required.
