Perm - Physician - Maternal Fetal Medicine needed in Atlantic City, NJ

Setting: Outpatient + Inpatient (Consultative)
Schedule: Full-time, 5-day work week
Shift Type: Rotating
Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (with consultative call coverage)
Weekend Coverage: On-call during weekends
On-Call Rotation: Consultative call schedule including nightly call and 24-hour weekend coverage (Saturday morning – Monday morning)


POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Maternal Fetal Medicine Physician to join a collaborative team of:
3 Perinatologists
2 Advanced Practice Nurses (APNs)

The MFM physician will provide a combination of outpatient and inpatient consultative services, rotating between Pomona and Atlantic City locations

CLINICAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Outpatient
Rotate between 2 practice locations: Pomona & Atlantic City

Provide MFM consultative services to OB Generalists and referring providers

Support remote patient monitoring for diabetic and hypertensive patients

Collaborate with the Obstetrics Medicine Clinic for postpartum management

Utilize Cerner EMR and GE Viewpoint for ultrasound reporting

Supported by: Practice Manager, RN Clinical Manager, Registered Nurses, and Perinatal Sonographers

Inpatient
Provide consultative services for Childbirth (Pomona, NJ)

Support OB Generalists and Neonatologists in high-risk pregnancies

22-bed Level III NICU

9 Labor & Delivery beds
25 postpartum private rooms


COMPESATIONS & BENEFITS
Base Salary: $650,000 annually
Incentives: Annual quality bonus up to $25,000

Relocation: Reimbursement up to $10,000

CME Support:

5 paid CME days annually

$4,500 CME/professional dues/medical staff allowance

Paid Time Off:

224 PTO hours

REQUIREMENTS:

Board Certification in Maternal Fetal Medicine – Required


Active & Unrestricted NJ Medical License (or willingness to obtain) – Required


DEA & CSR/CDS Certifications – Required


Malpractice History Disclosure – Required at name clear


Proof of COVID-19 & Flu Vaccination Compliance – Required

Willingness to rotate between Pomona & Atlantic City locations – Required


PREFERRED
Fellowship training background (preferred but not required)

Case-by-case consideration for candidates with lapsed board certification
