Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of students? Effective School Solutions (ESS), a leading provider of school-based mental health services, is seeking Licensed Clinicians to join our team in Rock Island, and East Moline, IL. We bring high-quality, private-practice-level care into public schools, serving students with significant behavioral and emotional needs.
In this role, you will provide group, individual, and family counseling, deliver evidence-based interventions, and engage families through programming such as monthly Parent Support groups. You’ll collaborate closely with school staff and administrators, consult on trauma-attuned practices, and help connect students and families to appropriate levels of care when needed.
Responsibilities also include timely documentation, maintaining professional licensure, and participating in supervision and professional development opportunities. Clinicians benefit from school-based schedules, strong clinical support, and opportunities for growth within ESS.
Qualifications: Must hold a current clinical license (LMSW/LCSW, LPCA/LPC, LMFTA/LMFT) in the state where services are provided, with at least 2 years of experience working with children or adolescents with behavioral and emotional challenges. School-based experience is a plus.
Why ESS? We offer competitive compensation, extensive time off tied to the school calendar, professional growth opportunities, and a supportive culture that values clinician feedback and work-life balance.
ESS is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We do not discriminate against any employee or applicant on the basis of race, color, sex, age, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, veteran status, disability, or any other protected class.
