Interventional Radiologist needed in Oakland, CA! PRN coverage!

Specialty: Interventional Radiology
Shift Details: 8a-5p day shift with 24hr call to 8 am the next morning. ***PLEASE NOTE*** THIS IS PRN POSITION - WILL SCHEDULE AS NEEDED
Work Details:
· Support staff: During the day, there’s a full team of RNs and techs. There will occasionally be another IR on site, but most days you will be the sole provider.
· Amount of coverage needed: PRN
· Patients per day: Approximately 5-6 procedures during the day
- Average amount of procedures while on call
o Call back 1x per week (5 weekdays) on weekday nights
o Call back 2x per weekend (2 weekend days)
· EMR: EPIC
· Procedures: Standard interventional radiology procedures to include biopsies, drainages, tunneled access as well as level 1 trauma hemorrhage control and occasional GI/Gyn/Urology emergencies.
Must have CA license
Must have Board Cert
Credentialing Timeframe: 90-120 days
