Job description

Highlights:
✅ 24-Hour Call Coverage – Weekly rotations, Monday 7a to Monday 7a (1–2 week blocks)
✅ Level 1 Trauma Center – Adult patient population, hospital coverage only
✅ Wide Case Mix – Kidney stones, bladder/testicular cancer, ED, incontinence, cystoscopy, prostate procedures, ureteroscopy, lithotripsy

Position Details

Coverage Needed: 24-hour call, year-round

Schedule: Weekly blocks (Mon 7a – Mon 7a)

Support Staff: None currently

Patient Volume: Variable; Level 1 trauma center

EMR: Epic

Setting: Inpatient, hospital coverage only

Procedures: Full spectrum including bladder/prostate care, kidney stones, urologic infections, ureteroscopy, lithotripsy

Requirements

Board Certified in Urology

Active Tennessee license (IMLC accepted, must be active before scheduling)

BLS/ACLS + DEA required

Minimum 1–3 years’ experience

Vaccinations required

Credentialing timeframe: 60–90 days
