Coverage Type: Scheduled Outpatient (No Call)
Contract Length: Ongoing

Position Highlights

✅ Schedule: 5 days per month, standard 8a–5p shifts
✅ No Call / No Rounding – Outpatient only with remote inbox coverage
✅ Patient Load: 12–16 adult/geriatric patients per day

Work Details

Setting: Outpatient only

Reason for Opening: Coverage needed during recruitment of employed clinician

Privileges: Both inpatient & outpatient privileges (outpatient setting only)

Support: Provider will work solo

Procedures: Infusion & Medical Hematology/Oncology

EMR: Epic (proficient user required)

OT: After 8 hours/day

Requirements

Board Certified in Hematology/Oncology

Active Alaska license (required at time of presentation)

Additional certifications as required by MSO

Adult/Geriatric patient experience
