Locums Interventional Radiologist PRN Needed in Oakland

Job description

Contract Length: 6 months
Schedule: PRN (will schedule as needed), 8a-5p day shift with 24hr call to 8 am the next morning.

Clinic details
Practice Setting: Acute Care Hospital
Patient Volume: Approximately 5-6 procedures during the day
Patient Population: trauma center IR
Support Staff: During the day, there’s a full team of RNs and techs. There will occasionally be another IR on site, but most days you will be the sole provider.
Procedures: Standard interventional radiology procedures to include biopsies, drainages, tunneled access as well as level 1 trauma hemorrhage control and occasional GI/Gyn/Urology emergencies.
