Salary: $135,000 - $145,000 / yr

✅ Qualifications
✔️ Education: Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited program
✔️ Licensure: Active and unrestricted NP license, Active DEA registration, Active Medicaid provider status
✔️ Experience: Minimum 2 years as PMHNP
✔️ Language: Must be fluent in Spanish
✔️ Soft Skills: Strong clinical and interpersonal skills
✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and assessments, including mental health and substance use disorders
✔️ Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans
✔️ Provide psychopharmacological evaluation and medication management
✔️ Deliver psychotherapy and counseling using therapeutic communication
✔️ Order and interpret diagnostic tests and lab results as needed
✔️ Maintain accurate, confidential electronic medical records
✔️ Collaborate with physicians, therapists, social workers, and multidisciplinary team members
✔️ Educate patients and families about diagnosis, treatment options, and mental health wellness
✔️ Participate in case conferences, clinical supervision, and continuing education
