Job description

We’re seeking a Board-Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) for newborn call coverage at a hospital in Marion, North Carolina. This is a short-term locum opportunity with specific dates and 24-hour call shifts.

Assignment Dates:
November 26–30
December 23–27
Shifts: 24-hour call | 7:00 AM – 7:00 AM
Setting: Inpatient – Newborn call coverage

Responsibilities:
Respond to facility when requested by OB provider
Attend deliveries
Conduct rounds and consults
Newborn resuscitation

EMR: Cerner
Credentialing Timeframe: To be determined

Requirements:
Board Certification
Active North Carolina Medical License
DEA License

Certifications:
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
Basic Life Support (BLS)
