What We Offer

Competitive Salary: $65,000 – $75,000 annually

Responsibilities

Provide a minimum of 25 clinical hours weekly (on-site, with potential for one hybrid day)
Work 5 days per week, including 3 evenings until 7pm.
Collaborate with psychiatrists and psychiatric nurse practitioners
Contribute to a supportive, community-oriented workplace
Learn how to run groups with assistance.

Qualifications

Active Maryland license: LMSW required, LCSW and LCSW-C a bonus
Strong interest in professional growth
Commitment to inclusive, client-centered care
