· Location: Denver, CO
· Practice Setting: Hospital
· Start Date: 2/2/2026
· Shift/Schedule Details: 7 on/7 off; Monday–Sunday, 8a–4p (5x8-hour shifts per week)
· Contract Length: 6 months
· Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days (with no background issues)

· General Requirements:
o State License: Active CO license or IMLC only
o Board-Certification: Required in Psychiatry; Consult Liaison BC highly preferred
o Years of Experience: Minimum 2 years in consult liaison psychiatry (prefer 5+)
o Life Certifications: BLS, ACLS required
o DEA/CSR: DEA required, CSR not required

· Skills/Procedures Required/Case Types:
MUST have consult liaison experience and teaching/training experience (will work with fellows/residents and complete 7–10 evaluations during assignment). Must be able to manage Suboxone, Methadone, and Buprenorphine patients during weekend addiction consult coverage. Must be flexible to complete late-day consults and ideally available to assist with coverage during off weeks if needed.
· Patient Population: All ages—from child/adolescent through elderly—including incarcerated, ICU, pregnant, and addiction services patients.
· Patient Volume Avg. Daily Census: Average 7 patients/day; consult service varies (1–4 new, 4–6 follow-ups).
· Support Staff: Robust team including 1 psychiatrist, 3 psychologists, 2 social workers, a nurse, a psych fellow, and a psych resident on any given day.
