Locum Tenens Opportunity – Cardiothoracic Surgery | Erie, PA

Job description

We are seeking a Board-Certified Cardiothoracic Surgeon for an inpatient locum tenens assignment.

📍 Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM
Call and rounding every other weekend

🏥 Practice Setting:
Inpatient hospital environment

🩺 Case Types Include:
Coronary Artery Bypass Graft (CABG)
Aortic/Mitral valve replacements/repairs
Ascending aortic root procedures
Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVR)
Routine lung/lobectomy
Mediastinoscopy

📋 Requirements:
Licensure: Active state license or eligibility via Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC)
Certifications: BLS and ACLS
EMR: EPIC
Credentialing Timeframe: 30–60 days
