Aya Locums is seeking a Cardiology Nurse Practitioner to provide coverage at hospital and outpatient clinics in West Central Maryland. This role offers a balance of inpatient and outpatient responsibilities within a collaborative cardiology team.

Assignment Details
• Start Date: February 2026
• Contract Length: Ongoing
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Coverage Type: Full-time, 50/50 inpatient and outpatient

Work Details
• Support Staff: MDs and APP providers
• Patients per Day: 10–13 (inpatient), 9–13 (outpatient)
• Inpatient Responsibilities: Carry a caseload of 10–13 patients, provide consults, develop discharge plans, collaborate with general cardiologist on call and fellow NP
• Outpatient Responsibilities: Nuclear stress testing, follow-up visits, prescription refills, review testing results and communicate with patients
• EMR: Cerner
