Empowered Me Counseling Centers is a growing multi-location outpatient mental health practice where our “Ohana” culture is the key to your success and happiness starting day one. We seek part-time and full-time individuals interested in teamwork, a collaborative culture, and balance in life and work. Our job is to care for you so well that you pass that care to your clients.
We seek clinicians who wish to focus on women's and children’s issues. We pay a starting bonus and a larger “training stipend” in your first year, with focus areas such as EMDR, IFS, DBT, and somatic techniques. You can be a salaried employee or paid by the session as a contractor, where we factor in time for paperwork.

This position is ideal for a candidate who:
Wants to collaborate with their fellow therapists in an environment where all are valued, respected, and heard
Would like flexibility and autonomy in determining their schedule, which includes up to 25% remote for full-time and part-time clinicians (below 20 hours per week)
Has trauma-informed training/certifications (or is willing to learn)
Is looking for a balanced family and work life within a safe work environment
Functions well in a team and independently in providing clinical treatment
Strives to continue their education to provide evidence-based treatment.
Duties included but are not limited to:
Facilitate both face-to-face and telehealth sessions
Complete all required documentation as governed by insurance and company policy, including performing mental health assessments, developing crisis and treatment plans, and tracking client progress
Complete clinical documentation promptly
Manage crises and safety issues that arise with clients
Provide content for digital marketing related to niche and target clientele
Participate in meetings, consultations, training, and teams with others for complex cases.
What we need for you to join our team:
Applying therapists must possess an unrestricted license from DOPL to practice in the State of Utah as an LCSW, CMHC, LMFT, CSW, or ACMHC and meet all necessary state licensure requirements.
