Hematology/Oncology Locums – Kentucky | Outpatient | 3 Days/Week

Start Date: ASAP
Contract Length: 12 months preferred
Schedule: 3 days per week (minimum preferred)
Shift: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. | No call

Assignment Details

Setting: Outpatient clinic/private practice

Patient Volume: ~15 per day

Department Mix: 60% Hematology / 40% Oncology

Support Staff: APP support + 3 physicians onsite

EMR: Meditech

Credentialing: ~60 days

Requirements

Board Certification: Required in Hematology/Oncology

License: Kentucky or eligible to obtain
