REMOTE Locums - Diagnostic Radiologist - WV license - Willing to license

Job description

We are seeking a skilled Radiologist to provide remote locum services for a high-volume imaging practice. This is an excellent opportunity for providers seeking flexible scheduling, remote work, and consistent weekday coverage. Coverage is needed beginning January 2026 for an ongoing contract with potential for an ongoing placement.

🏥 Job Details
Setting: Remote teleradiology supporting emergency department coverage

Schedule: 8-hour shifts (day or night options available); typical weekday coverage 4:00 p.m.–12:00 a.m.

Coverage: Scheduled shifts only; no call required

Shift Commitment: Full-time coverage preferred

Support Services: PACS and dictation systems provided; credentialing requires coverage at a minimum of two facilities

Patient Volume: Must read at least 70+ wRVUs per shift; productivity monitored with performance expectations

Patient Population: Adults

Modalities: XR, CT, MR, US, NM, ER, MSK, Neuro, CTA, and body imaging

Systems: Fuji/Synapse PACS, PS360 dictation, Cerner EMR

📋 Requirements
Board Certification: Required in Radiology

License: Active state license required; willingness to license considered

Certifications: DEA preferred

Experience: Must be able to read all modalities, including Neuro, MSK, CT, and NucMed

Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 30–60 days; temporary privileges may be available

Additional Notes: Candidates must meet productivity standards (70+ wRVUs per shift); failure to meet expectations may result in contract review. Interview process includes name clear with NPI, CV review, and completed modality checklist.
