Job description

Aya Locums is seeking a Wound Care Nurse Practitioner (NP) to provide coverage at an outpatient clinic in eastern Minnesota. This is a steady weekday schedule with a manageable patient flow in a fully supported wound care setting.

Assignment Details
• Start Date: As soon as credentialed
• Contract Length: 13 weeks, option to extend
• Schedule: 7:30a–4p
• Days: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday

Work Details
• Support Staff: Specialty staff + MD
• Patients per Day: Up to 20 (appointments every 20 minutes)
• Patient Population: All ages
• Setting: Outpatient wound care clinic
• EMR: Epic

Procedures
• Sharp debridement
• Biopsies
• Biologic skin graft applications
• Total contact cast application

Requirements
• Board Certification: Required
• License: Active Minnesota NP license required
• Prior wound care experience
