Description:
A premier healthcare organization in Spokane is seeking an Advanced Heart Failure & Transplant provider for ongoing locum coverage. This is a high-acuity inpatient-focused role with scheduled week-long blocks and call responsibilities. Ideal candidates are experienced, dependable, and comfortable managing advanced heart failure patients in a dynamic setting.

Schedule

7-day inpatient block: Tuesday 7a – Tuesday 7a

One week per month (scheduled week varies)

Night call included; call backs expected


Clinical Details

Setting: Inpatient + some outpatient

Support Staff: Yes

Patient Volume: 5–13 patients per shift

EMR: Epic


Skills Required:

Advanced heart failure management (required)

Transplant experience/fellowship training (preferred)


Requirements

Board Certification: Required

License: Any active state license accepted

Certifications: ACLS, BLS

Fellowship: Preferred (Heart Failure/Transplant)

Credentialing: ~30 days

Clean file required for temporary privileges
