Cardiothoracic First Assist NP/PA – Inverness, FL – Full Coverage Needed

Job description

Locum PA needed for cardiothoracic surgery coverage in Inverness, FL. This role includes daily surgical participation, endoscopic vein harvesting, and 24-hour call coverage. Provider will support cardiac cases with some rounding and floor care.

Key Points
• Start Date: 2/16/2026
• Schedule: 6–12 hr shifts + 24-hour call (weekdays & weekends)
• Required: OR experience, cardiac surgery, and endoscopic vein harvesting
• Additional preferred: vascular & thoracic support
• EMR: eCW
• Setting: Inpatient
• Florida license required (not willing to license)
• Credentialing: ~90 days (ASAP)

• 6–12 hr shifts
• 24-Hour Call Rotation
