Role Overview
WoundStar Healthcare is revolutionizing wound care by bringing advanced therapies directly to patients who need them most. As a Wound Care Nurse Practitioner, you will lead mobile clinical teams, provide on-site assessments and treatments (debridement, NPWT, HBOT, compression), and drive 95% healing outcomes in high-need populations. This role offers true schedule autonomy – full-time, part-time, or gig-style via the CURE app – with physician oversight, instant payouts, and rural-visit incentives.
Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive wound assessments and advanced therapies in nursing homes, FQHCs, and patient homes.
Develop and execute SDOH-integrated care plans; educate patients and facilities on prevention.
Document via CURE app (HIPAA-compliant, voice-to-text, EHR sync) for seamless billing and continuity.
Participate in HBCU co-developed certification programs and mentor emerging clinicians.
Optional tele-advisory and marketing/outreach (additional compensation).

Requirements

Active GA and/or NC NP license (or compact-eligible).
National certification as FNP, AGNP, or ANP; CWOCN/CWS strongly preferred.
Minimum 2 years wound care experience (debridement, NPWT, HBOT).
Passion for health equity and innovative care delivery.
Reliable transportation (mileage fully reimbursed).

This is a 1099 or W-2 position (your choice)
