Outpatient Onc APP needed in Northern CA

Job description

Shift Details: 5x8 days, M-F 0830-5p
Schedule: M-F every week
Work Details:
• Support staff: APPs, physicians, RNs, MAs
• Amount of coverage needed per month:
• Patients per day: about 12 - 14/day
• Patient population/age: adult
• Department description: Dept is apart of large cancer center. They see variety of cancers like breast, GI, GU, and Hem/Onc.

Infusions happen on site, infusion knowledge required for locum

Locum will be facilitating patient visits and managing in-basket messages
• EMR: epic
• Special procedures: locum not expected to do procedures
• Skills required:
Locum must be professional, clear communicator, willing to work hard in the dept
Practice Setting:
• outpatient
• Clinic
Requirements:
• Board Certification: For NP: A-GNP-C, ANP-C, FNP-C, GNP-C, AGPCNP-BC, ANP-BC, FNP-BC, GNP-BC, ACNP-BC, AGACNP-BC, ACNPC-AG, ACNPC
