Locums – MD – General Cardiology – Washington

Location: Washington State
Start Date: December 15, 2025
Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours + On-Call
Schedule: Must be available for both inpatient day shifts and night call

High-Priority Shifts

Night Pager Only:

Dec 24: 5pm–7am

Dec 29: 5pm–7am

Dec 31: 5pm–7am

Day Onsite + Night Pager:

Dec 25, 26, 27, 28: 7am–5pm onsite + 5pm–7am pager

Jan 2, 3, 4: 7am–5pm onsite + 5pm–7am pager

Day Onsite Only:

Dec 30: 7am–5pm

Jan 1: 7am–5pm

Shift Structure

Standard Shifts: 5×8 Days (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

Night Call: 5:00 PM – 7:00 AM pager

Providers Needed: 4 total

Work Details

Setting: Inpatient, Trauma Level II

Patient Volume: 15–18 per shift

Support Staff: Full cardiology team support

EMR: Epic

Required Skills:

Inpatient Cardiology

Non-Invasive Cardiology

Echocardiography

TEE

Nuclear Cardiology

ICU-level care

Requirements

Board Certification: Required

License: Active Washington medical license required (no exceptions)

Fellowship: Preferred

DEA: Required

Experience: Strong inpatient cardiology background

Credentialing

Timeframe: 5–90 days

Emergency privileges possible for candidates with a clean file, active WA license, and strong responsiveness to paperwork
