Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours + Call
Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days (clean file required for temporary privileges)

Schedule

7 consecutive days of inpatient coverage, one week per month

Shifts run Tuesday 7:00 AM – Tuesday 7:00 AM

Scheduled week varies month to month

Night call included and may require onsite return

Practice Setting: Inpatient and Outpatient

Support Staff: Yes

Patients per Shift: 5–13

Providers Requested: 1

EMR: Epic

Required Skills:

Advanced heart failure experience

Fellowship training preferred

Requirements

Board Certification: Required

License: will accept IMLC

Certifications: ACLS, BLS required
