International Falls, MN
Ideally looking for 12/1 start - 1 day/week OR 2 days every other week. Likely Wed-Th or Th-Fri. Tuesdays are unavailable for procedures
8 am-4 pm typically
Cases: Bread and butter IR: Typical pain cases, hip, spinal, facets, etc
Outpatient
Will license
Credentialing timeframe: Temp privs will be granted
