Job description

Aya Locums is seeking an Internal Medicine Physician to support a hospital-based clinic in southwest Montana. This is a 13-week contract with the option to extend, providing coverage for routine internal medicine and chronic disease management in a supportive hospital environment.

Assignment Details
• Specialty: Internal Medicine
• Contract Length: 13 weeks, option to extend
• Schedule: 4 days per week, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Monday–Thursday or Tuesday–Friday)
• Start: Feb–March 2026 (after credentialing)
• Setting: Hospital-based clinic

Work Details
• Patient Population: Adults only (NO Pediatrics)
• Patients per Day: ~11
• Cases: Chronic disease management, medication refills, diabetes, hypertension, occasional cold/flu overflow
• Procedures: None required
• Support Staff: APP backup, MD backup, full hospital subspecialty support if needed
• EMR: Epic

Requirements
• Board Certification: Internal Medicine
• License: Montana license (willing to license)
• DEA: Required
• Certifications: BLS
• Travel Logistics: Full airfare, lodging, and car rental covered
