Cardiothoracic Surgery Opportunity – MN
Start: ASAP (January start ideal but not likely; committee meeting on Jan 5, 2026)
Duration: Ongoing
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7a–5p; 1 in 3 call week rotation (includes day shifts, overnights 5p–7a, and weekend 24-hour call)
Work Details:
• Predominantly routine cases (CABs, valves, etc.)
• Case Volume: CABs/Valves – 250 | TAVR – 200 | Clips – 100 | Lead Extractions – 35
• Procedures include: Aortic aneurysms, dissections, atrial fibrillation surgery, cardiac valve repair/replacement, carotid endarterectomy, congenital heart surgery, CABG, esophageal surgery (minimally invasive), heart failure surgery, transplants, LVADs, lung surgery, and robotic/minimally invasive thoracoscopic procedures.
Requirements:
• MN License or IMLC required
