Job description

Aya Locums is seeking an Urgent Care / Occupational Medicine PA to provide full-time coverage across multiple Bay Area clinic locations in northern California. This role is ideal for an autonomous provider experienced in urgent care and work-related injury management.

Assignment Details
• Specialty: Occupational Medicine / Urgent Care PA
• Start Date: December 2025
• Contract Length: 3 months (through 3/27/2026)
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8a–5p or until last patient is treated
• Shift Details: Must be able to float between 4 clinics

Work Details
• Coverage Needed: 5 days/week
• EMR: Allscripts
• Patient Population: All ages
• Department Description: Diagnose and treat work-related injuries; perform pre-placement physicals, DOT exams, surveillance exams, and public safety evaluations. Treat walk-in urgent care patients, perform in-office procedures, document timely, communicate with employers, and maintain high-level patient service. May supervise APPs as needed.
• Skills Required: DOT certification required at submission; able to work autonomously; must be comfortable with suturing

Practice Setting
• Clinic / Private Practice

Requirements
• Board Certification: BC/BE in primary care or related field
• License: Active CA PA license
