Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) – Autonomous Practice

About the Position:

We're seeking an experienced CRNA who wants clinical autonomy with no required medical direction. This is a 1099 independent contractor position offering complete flexibility in the Dallas-Fort Worth area with competitive compensation and the freedom to practice medicine at the highest level of your licensure.

Compensation: $250,000/year
Location: Dallas-Fort Worth area
Benefits: Independent contractor (you manage your own)

Someone who knows their stuff and wants to use it without someone questioning every decision. We need someone reliable, clinically strong, and who actually wants the independence that comes with 1099 work.

Required:

Active CRNA license (Texas or willing to obtain)
Current NBCRNA certification
Active DEA license
BLS/ACLS current
2+ years CRNA experience preferred
Comfortable with high-acuity cases and autonomous practice
