Full-time, permanent Family Practice position in Chicago, IL. Please see the details below:

• Start as soon as credentialed
• Monday-Friday 8a-5p
• 10 patients per day increasing over time
• One MD 3 days per week and a Nurse Practitioner for support
• Strictly outpatient
• Clinic next to the hospital
• Annual Pap’s only
