Work Details:
· Support staff: CRNAs
· Patient population/age: Adult
· Trauma Level: Level I
· EMR: Expanse, Meditech, Medaxion, Qgenda, Patient Keeper, etc
· Skills required: needs to be able to be solo/supervise cardiac cases without issue. Expected to do either own cases (SOLO) or supervise CRNAs.
· Beds in department: 466
· Trauma Level: Level 1 Trauma center, Cardiac, Burn, Peds

Practice Setting:
• Inpatient

Requirements:
· Board Certification: BE/BC – Board Certified Cardiac Anesthesiologist
· License required: Current State Medical License or ability to get licensure
· DEA: Required
· CSR: Required

Credentialing Timeframe: 90 Days, ASAP - emergency/temp privs - We can request if needed – largely depends on timing of need, as well as provider files/history

NAME CLEAR PROCESS REQUIRED

• Ongoing assignment
