Remote Locum Diagnostic Radiologist – IMLC - Nevada Coverage – PST Reads – FT/PT - Nights

Coverage: Scheduled, No Call
Start Date: 1/19/2026
Location: Remote (must read on Pacific Standard Time)
Licensure: Nevada license or IMLC required
Workstation: Provider must supply their own diagnostic workstation + computer
Position Type: Full-Time or Part-Time

Shift Details (Remote):
• Standard Night Coverage
• Weekdays only (weekends optional with higher premium)
• Late 1: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM (8 hrs)
• Late 2: 11:00 PM – 3:00 AM (4 hrs)
• Late 3: 3:00 AM – 9:00 AM (6 hrs)
• Weekend AM–PM shifts available; weekends often paid at higher premium
• Reads must be performed in Pacific Standard Time
• Ideal candidates can commit to one week straight per month, but all availability will be reviewed

Productivity Requirements:
• Must read 80–100 wRVU per 8-hour shift (approx. 120 cases/day)
• RVU threshold: 13,000 per quarter

Coverage Model:
• Mix of ER and outpatient reads
• Serving Valley Hospital Medical Center, Henderson Hospital, and Desert View Hospital (NV)
• Group is expanding with two new sites, plus an additional site coming February 2026

Case Mix:
• 50% X-Ray
• 25% CT
• 15% Ultrasound
• 10% MRI
• Priority need: CT Perfusion

Key Responsibilities:
• Interpret and report diagnostic imaging studies (XR, CT, MRI, US)
• Collaborate with referring clinicians for accurate and timely reads
• Maintain quality standards and diagnostic accuracy
• Use modern PACS, AI tools, and efficient workflows

Systems:
• PACS/Dictation: InteleRad, Clario, NovaRad
• EMR: Cerner

Qualifications:
• MD/DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Diagnostic Radiology
• Active NV license or eligibility (IMLC accepted)
• Must be comfortable reading a variety of modalities
