URGENT: Cardiothoracic Surgeon needed in ID!

Job description

Schedule: 7a to 7a - 24 hour shifts

Work Details:
· Support staff: Surgical team to include - first-assistant (NP/PA), two surgical techs, one RN circulator, anesthesiologist; ICU nursing staff; step-down nursing staff (4th floor).
· Trauma Level: Level II
· EMR: Meditech
· Skills required: Candidate needs to do open heart and will need to be able to do CABG and aortic dissections. Must be able to cover any adult cardiac and thoracic and vascular surgical case.

Practice Setting:
• Inpatient

Requirements:
· Board Certification
· License required: Idaho
· DEA
· CSR
· Certifications required: must hold a current American Board of Thoracic Surgery Certification

Credentialing Timeframe: ASAP

• Ongoing need
• Medical malpractice insurance provided
• Active ID license requred
