General Surgery, Dental/Oral Maxillofacial, Endo, ENT, OB/GYN, Neuro, Carpal Tunnel, Spine, Oculoplastic, Orthopedic, Pacemakers, Plastics, Podiatry, Radiology, Urology

Practice Details:

Staffing Model: Care Team Model

Practice Setting: Direction

Paper Charting

Requirements:

MD/DO Anesthesiologist

Active Texas License required

New grads welcome

Credentialing:

Temporary privileges available

Full credentialing/privileging: 60–90 days

Compensation:

$355/hr all-inclusive

Medical malpractice insurance provided
