A busy outpatient dental anesthesia practice in Rockford, Illinois is seeking a Pediatric-capable Anesthesiologist due to increased demand. This is a low-acuity, office-based setting with no call, no nights, and a flexible weekly schedule.

Assignment Details
Location: Rockford, IL
Facility: Outpatient Dental Office
Client: Access Anesthesia
Start Date: January preferred (February acceptable)
Commitment: Minimum 1-year commitment
Providers Needed: 1 Anesthesiologist (MD/DO)

Schedule
2–5 days per week
8-hour guarantee
No nights
No call
Outpatient office-based setting

Practice Model
Solo anesthesiology practice
Anesthesiologist works alongside a paramedic
Independent delivery of anesthesia services

Case Details
Case Type: Dental anesthesia only
Patient Population: Healthy pediatric patients
ASA: I–II only
Ages: 3–9 years
Anesthesia: Nasal intubation with general anesthesia
PEDS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Volume
Average daily case volume: TBD (steady outpatient flow)

Requirements
MD/DO – Anesthesiology
Active Illinois license required
Must be enrolled in the IL IMPACT Medicaid system
PALS & ACLS required
Pediatric anesthesia experience required
New grads accepted

Credentialing
~2 weeks if already active in IL IMPACT

Compensation
$350/hour (rate flexibility reviewed internally)
