Start Date: January 25, 2026 (Go-Live) or as soon as credentialed
End Date: Ongoing
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM
Hours: 5×8s (40 hours/week)

Call Required: Yes (locums included)
Call Type: Weeknight & Weekend
Call Radius: 30 minutes

Holiday Coverage:
1 CRNA in-house
2 MDs on call from home

Active Texas CRNA license

Credentialing
Temporary privileges available
Providers needed to start 1/25/26 or shortly thereafter
Full credentialing timeframe: 60–90 days

Compensation
$225/hour all-inclusive
