Contract Length: 3 months, ongoing
Coverage Type: On-site clinical coverage with call responsibilities

Schedule

Weekdays: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (on site)

Weeknight Call: 5:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Weekend Call: 24-hour call, Saturday & Sunday (7:00 AM – 7:00 AM)

Call Ratio: 1:4

Coverage Model: Spot coverage

Providers must submit specific availability dates with presentation

Practice Setting

Setting: Hospital-based

Patient Population: Adult to geriatric

Work Details

Support Staff: Team of 7 physicians, 3 APPs, and nursing staff

Patients per Day: Approximately 12

EMR: Epic

Skills Required:

Comfortable independently interpreting ECGs

Requirements

Board Certification: Required

ABIM board certified in General Cardiology

Fellowship in Cardiovascular Disease required

License: Active Wisconsin license required

IMLC not accepted

DEA: Required

Certifications: BLS, ACLS

Minimum Experience: At least 1 year post-training
