JOB DETAILS
Shift Description

Day Shift: 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Night Call: 4:00 p.m. – 8:00 a.m.

Weekend Call: 24-hour call

Weekend Requirements

2 weekends per month

Multiple affiliated hospital sites

Provider will receive privileges for all assigned locations


DATES OF COVERAGE

10 days per month, covering over two weekends

January–April, then TBD

PRACTICE & CLINICAL DETAILS

Practice Setting:

Office hours

Inpatient post-operative floor

ICU care

Schedule (Shifts/Hours):

Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

10 days of call per month

PROVIDER COVERAGE & AUTONOMY

Will APP Work Autonomously: Yes

Supervising Physician:

Physician will round daily

Available 24/7 by phone



REQUIRED DUTIES

Suture removal

Diagnose illnesses

Treat illnesses

Order diagnostic tests

Interpret test results

Write prescriptions

Coordination of care

Rounding

Pre-operative physical examinations

CREDENTIALING

Estimated Credentialing Timeframe:

60–90 days if file is clean

Expedited processing will be attempted



TRAVEL & EXPENSE REIMBURSEMENT

REQUIREMENTS

ANCC or AANP certification – REQUIRED

Active Ohio license – REQUIRED

BLS and ACLS – REQUIRED

Relevant training and experience – REQUIRED

100% clean background required; no exceptions
