📅 Assignment Overview
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Length: Ongoing | Locums-to-Perm
Schedule: Full-time call coverage

🏥 Practice Details
Practice Setting: Inpatient | Level II Trauma Center
Hospital Size: 325 beds
Patients Per Day: ~10
EMR: Cerner
Support Staff: 2 RNs, 1 MA, 1 APP

🩺 Clinical Scope
Endovascular procedures, CABG, valvular repair, congenital defect repair, aneurysm repair, TAVR, VATS, chest wall and esophageal procedures, pacemakers/AICDs, ventricular support, bronchoscopy, ventilator management, acute volume/BP management, central and arterial lines, PA catheter, IABP, and vascular surgery

✅ Requirements
Board Status: Board Eligible
License: Indiana license required
Certifications: ACLS, ATLS, BLS
DEA: Required
Credentialing: Temporary privileges available
