Work Details:
· Patients per shift: Typically 3-5 cases per day in an area
· EMR: Epic - please highlight in submission if they have this
· Skills required: Must be able to perform below procedures and provide case logs if requested: If taking call would need to do epidurals/spinals for OB, Art line/central line placement

Practice Setting:
• Inpatient

Requirements:
· Board Certification: Required
· License required: Indiana
· DEA: Indiana
· Certifications required: *CV Anesthesiologists need to be TEE certified*

Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days - ASAP
