• Department description: inpatient, trauma level II
• EMR: Cerner
• Skills required: Endo, Coronary Bypass, Congenital Defect, Valvular Repair, Aneurysm Repair, VATS, Chest Wall, Esophagus, Pacemaker, AICD, TAVR, Left Ventricular, CABG, Vent Management, Bronochoscopy, Acute Vol/BP, Central Line, Arterial Line, PA Catheter, IABP, Vascular
-Requirements:
• Board Certification: eligible
• License required: IN
• DEA: Yes
• Certifications required: ACLS, ATLS, BLS
• Credentialing Timeframe: temp privs available

• Ongoing need
• Medical malpractice insurance provided
• Active IN license
