Work Setting: Hybrid (In-Person and Telehealth) or Fully Remote

Position Summary:
The Licensed Mental Health Clinician will provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions and psychosocial support to a diverse population of adult patients with a range of mental and physical health concerns. This role focuses on individualized care that addresses emotional well-being, coping, and quality of life within a collaborative, interdisciplinary setting.
Clinicians will work with patients presenting with concerns, including, but not limited to:
● Depression and anxiety
● Adjustment to chronic illness and aging
● Grief and loss
● Chronic pain and sleep difficulties
● Psychosocial stressors and life transitions
● Caregiver stress and support needs
The clinician will collaborate with internal providers and community resources to optimize patient outcomes and deliver holistic, patient-centered care.
Qualifications:
● Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling
● Active and unrestricted California license in good standing (LCSW/LMFT/LPCC/LPC)
● Minimum of 2 years post-licensure clinical experience
● Strong foundation in CBT and other evidence-based treatment modalities
● Prior experience working with older adults is preferred
● Comfort and proficiency with telehealth service delivery
● Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
● Proficiency with electronic health record systems
Key Responsibilities:
● Provide individual psychotherapy utilizing evidence-based treatment approaches
● Conduct comprehensive clinical intakes and develop individualized treatment plans
● Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation within the electronic
health record
● Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members and external providers as needed
● Deliver services via in-person and telehealth platforms, as appropriate
● Uphold ethical, legal, and professional standards in accordance with licensure and best
practices
