Start Date: 02-02-2026 - ongoing
Schedule: Schedule is 7 days inpatient, one week a month. Shifts are Tuesday 7a – Tuesday 7a. Scheduled week is variable. Night call will likely result in provider being called back into facility
Work Details:
· Support staff: Yes
· Patients per shift: 5-13
· Providers Requested: 1
· EMR: Epic
· Skills required: Heart failure experience is required and a fellowship would be ideal
Practice Setting: Inpatient/Outpatient
Requirements:
· Board Certification: Yes
· License required: WA license or IMLC
· Fellowship: Preferred
· Certifications required: ACLS, BLS
Credentialing Timeframe: 30 Days - clean file is required to qualify for temporary privileges
