Locums – APP – Nurse Practitioner – Cardiology, OR

Start Date: March 1, 2026
Contract Length: 13-week initial assignment with potential for extension
Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Only
Setting: Outpatient Cardiology Clinic

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts

Split-site schedule:

3 days/week at one outpatient clinic (Tuesday–Thursday)

2 days/week at a second outpatient clinic (Monday & Friday)

Clinic hours:

First appointment: 8:30 AM

Last appointment: 4:00 PM

Final 30 minutes reserved for inbox/administrative time

One-hour lunch included (12:00 PM–1:00 PM)

No call requirements

Work Details

Patient volume: Approximately 13 patients per shift

Appointment length: 30 minutes

Providers needed: 1

EMR: Epic

Practice Setting

Outpatient cardiology clinic

Requirements

Board Certified Nurse Practitioner

Active Oregon license required (no licensing support available)

Minimum experience:

At least 2 years of cardiology experience required

5 years preferred

DEA: Required

Certifications: BLS and ACLS

Credentialing
