Interventional Radiology Locum Tenens Opportunity – Boise, ID

Job description

Specialty: Interventional Radiology
Coverage Dates: April – May

Schedule

Monday–Friday: 8:00am – 5:00pm

Evening Call: 5:00pm – 7:00am

0–1 call backs per shift


Weekend Call: 24-hour call

Friday 5:00pm – Monday 7:00am

Average of 3–4 interventions per weekend

Each intervention typically 1–3 hours

Evening Call Volume: 2–3 call backs per shift (2–3 hours per intervention)


Required Procedures

Providers must be comfortable performing:

Trauma Embolization (Body)

Pulmonary Thrombectomy

Gastric Tube Placement

Biliary / Chole Tube Placement

Nephrostomy & Ureteral Stenting

Dialysis Graft/Fistula Stenting

Body Arteriography

IVC Filter Placement & Removal


Ideal Procedure Experience

Experience with the following is preferred:

Cryo & Thermal Ablation

TIPS

Venous & Arterial Stenting

Venous & Arterial Extremity Thrombectomy & Limb Salvage

Prostate & Uterine Artery Embolization

Gonadal Vein Embolization

Uterine Fibroid Embolization

Y90 & Chemoembolization

Pseudoaneurysm Treatment

Vertebral Body Biopsy


Licensure

Idaho license or IMLC in hand required
