Locum Heart & Vascular - Cardiothoracic APP (Surgery) - Grand Junction, CO

Client just lost 2 providers - They need 7-10 shifts/month - They expect to need MORE than that.

**THIS IS A SURGICAL ROLE**

Facility Type: Hospital and Clinic

Provider Needed: NP or PA-C

Specialty: Cardiothoracic APP (Surgery)

Start: 4/1/26

End: 10/1/26

LOA: 6 months

Credentialing: 30-45 days

Work Schedule: 24-hour shifts, they want 7-10 shifts minimum - they will look at more.

Patient Volume: Varies, per day usually 10-13

Procedures: Full spectrum cardiothoracic surgery

EMR: EPIC

License: CO - CLIENT WILL WAIT FOR A LICENSE!!

Certifications: Board Certified, BLS, DEA

Relevant Experience/Skill Set Needed: Full spectrum cardiothoracic surgery. E&M Clinic codes. 

Additional Information: 24 hour shifts, frequency varies, floor, OR , rounding, consults.  Days dependent on schedule.
